OptimiDoc provides a comprehensive reporting suite that gives administrators — and, where appropriate, everyday users — full visibility into print, copy, and scan activity across the organisation. From real-time job tracking to scheduled report delivery, the Reports section helps you monitor usage, control costs, and meet compliance requirements.
Overview
The Reports section brings together all the tools you need to analyse document workflow activity. Whether you need to check a single user's recent print jobs, generate a monthly departmental cost report, or set up automatic monthly summaries for management, you will find the right tool here.
Access depends on the tool. My Jobs, the Activity Log and Standard Reports are available to every signed-in user (each scoped to what that user is allowed to see), while All Jobs, Automatic Reports, Price Lists and Billing Codes are administrative tools for managing organisation-wide data and cost models.
