My Jobs

My Jobs gives every user a personal view of their own print, copy, and scan history. Unlike the administrator-only All Jobs report, My Jobs is available to all signed-in users and is automatically limited to the jobs that belong to them.

Overview

The My Jobs page lets individual users review their own job history without administrator privileges. It shares the same layout as All Jobs but is pre-filtered to the current user, and it adds Pages and Cost columns so users can see the volume and cost of each job at a glance.

Use My Jobs to:

  • Check the status of recent print, copy or scan jobs.

  • See page counts and cost for your own documents (cost appears once price lists are configured).

  • Export your personal job history for expense reporting or record-keeping.

Accessing My Jobs

  1. Sign in to the OptimiDoc web interface with any account.

  2. Open My Jobs from the Reports area of the navigation menu.

Summary Tiles and Filters

Four tiles summarise your currently filtered jobs — Total Jobs, Total Pages, Printed and Waiting — and update as you change the filters.

The filter bar offers the same controls as All Jobs except the Owner filter, since results always belong to you:

Filter

Description

From Date / To Date

The date range to review. Defaults to the last seven days.

Status

Restrict to a single job state (or All). The available states come from the server.

Search

Find your jobs by document name.

Reset

Return the filters to their defaults.

The Job List

Your jobs appear in a sortable, paginated table:

Column

Description

#

The job's numeric identifier.

Document

The document title.

Received

When the job was received.

Status

The job's current state, shown as a coloured badge.

Pages

Total pages in the job.

Cost

Cost of the job (when a price list applies).

Click a row or the view icon to open the full job detail — a document preview with page navigation, basic information, dates, a page/cost summary with per-format print details, and a history timeline. Previous and Next controls step through your listed jobs without closing the view.

Exporting Your Job History

The Export button downloads all of your jobs matching the current filters as a CSV file, streamed from the server so there is no row-count limit. This is useful for submitting print-cost reports to your department or keeping a personal record.

Tips

  • Narrow the From Date / To Date range when hunting for a specific document.

  • Use the Status filter to see, for example, only jobs still Waiting to be released.

  • Sort by any column heading — for example by Cost to find your most expensive jobs.
