My Account is the self-service page where any signed-in user can review their profile, change their password and PIN, and manage their authentication certificate. It is available to every user regardless of role.
Accessing My Account
-
Click your user avatar in the top-right corner of the interface.
-
Select My Account from the menu.
The page presents four cards: Profile, Change Password, Change PIN, and Certificate.

Change Password
-
If a password is already set, enter your Current Password. Use the eye icon to reveal what you type.
-
Enter a New Password and repeat it in Confirm Password.
-
Click Update Password.
A confirmation appears when the change succeeds; an error is shown if the current password is wrong or the new entries do not match.
Change PIN
The Change PIN card manages the numeric PIN used to authenticate at MFP device panels.
-
Current PIN — if you already have a PIN, it is shown masked as
••••. Click it to reveal the value; it hides itself again automatically after five seconds. This lets you check your PIN without leaving it on screen. -
New PIN — enter a numeric code of 4 to 8 digits (the field accepts digits only). The Update PIN button becomes available once at least four digits are entered.
Click Update PIN to save. Because PINs must be unique across users, an attempt to set a PIN already in use is rejected with an explanatory message.
Certificate
The Certificate card manages a personal authentication certificate used for certificate-based identification at devices.
Uploading a Certificate
When no certificate is installed, the card shows an upload form:
-
Select a Certificate File. Supported formats are .pfx and .p12.
-
Enter the Certificate Password that protects the file.
-
Click Upload Certificate.
Replacing or Deleting a Certificate
When a certificate is installed, the card shows a green Certificate is installed status with two actions:
-
Replace Certificate — opens the upload form again; uploading a new file replaces the existing certificate.
-
Delete Certificate — removes the certificate after a confirmation dialog.
Deleting or replacing a certificate can affect authentication at devices that rely on certificate-based identification. Contact your administrator if you are unsure whether your environment uses it.
